The name to this dish is given by my kids and so the credit goes to them. This is a very simple recipe made for Suhoor most of the time by me. It is usually made with leftover Rice but can be made with freshly prepared one also. Actually the leftovers are put to a good use in this dish. A few ingredients is all that is required for making this yummy one pot dish. A meal that's simple yet filling. And the best part is that it can be relished all on it's own without any side dish at all. A few Poppadoms, a little of any Homemade Pickle or Curd Chillies are enough to go alongside this yummy one pot meal. Alternatively you can serve it with any Gravy or Curry of your own choice. That's it. As simple as that. Enjoy it with your loved ones on any given day.
Both Ginger garlic paste and the Red Chilli are mixed in Rice along with the required amount of Salt. Such an easy one and tastes yum especially at pre dawn meal or Suhoor in Ramadan. One can eat it without any fuss. Most of the time we don't feel like eating much at that time and this particular dish comes to our rescue. I totally love it and make it many a times in Ramadan.
