Ingredients

  • 1 cupWhole Milk
  • 2Eggs, beaten
  • 3 TBSAll-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1 canSweet Corn
  • 1/4-1/2 CupSliced Jalepenos
  • 1 TSPBaking Powder
  • Pinchor two of Salt, as desired
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 cupReal Butter
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 2 TBSAll-Purpose Flour
  • 1 TBSRose Water
  • 1/2 TBS- 1TBS Crushed Red Pepper, as desired

  1. 1

    Mix the Milk, Eggs, Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Corn, Jalepenos, and few pinches of salt, together in large mixing bowl

    To a 350°F preheated oven or pan, add corn mixture and bake for 35- 40min. The bake will be browned on top. Check for internal doneness.

    In Saucepan, add all ingredients for glaze and cook til color changes a bit more clear, and sauce has thickened. Stir often while heating.

    Plate the jalepeno corn pudding and serve sauce on top or on the side. Enjoy!
