Savory Chicken and Mushroom Crepe Filling Savory Chicken and Mushroom Crepe Filling
I used the "One Man Crepe" recipe (that you can find on here, thanks again Felice!), with a twist. This savory crepe has mushrooms and chicken in a simple cream sauce (medium white sauce). Both the crepe and the sauce is so versatile......change the flavors, to suit your taste and likes. Sheila Calnan -
Self-made Crepe Self-made Crepe
Crepes are loved by children. But if you buy them, they are so expensive. If you make them at home you can have lots of fun cooking and they're cheap that's the best way.Books often tell you to make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and then add the egg. Actually if you do it the other way around and add the sifted dry ingredients to the liquids you'll get less lumps If you get rid of excess butter in the pan before cooking, you'll end up with a better crepe. Character Crepes Made from Pancake Mix Character Crepes Made from Pancake Mix
I thought about making a cloth-like crepe using pancake mix for my pancake and crepe-loving son, but inspiration struck when I was making it, so I rolled them up and drew on some faces. The faces will fall off if you don't strongly whip the heavy cream.Adding in lots of heavy cream gives these a good shape. When adding in more of milk B to turn it into a crepe batter, you will end up with crepes that are too thick if there is not enough milk, and you won't be able to tuck it in at the bottom. Please try it out after cooking just one piece. Recipe by Hamumaki cookpad.japan -

Moist Chewy Crepes Moist Chewy Crepes
I've always loved crepes and often made it without giving much thought to the ratio of ingredients, but this time, I measured them out well. Because these crepes are so simple and yet easy to handle, I decided to post the recipe here!Take care to strain the batter to remove lumps - this really makes a difference. There's no need to grease the pan if it's a non-stick frying pan. Make sure to heat the frying pan well. It's a simple taste, so you could make a meal with it for sure.
