1medium size cucumber
1.5 cupCurd
1 tsp mustard split
as per tasteSalt
Seasoning
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard
as per needFew curry leaves
as requiredFew fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
1 pinchasafoetida

Steps

Peel and grate cucumber. Add mustard seeds split and salt. Mix it well. Add oil in a pan. Add mustard, curry leaves and asafoetida.

Pour the seasoning on the raita. Give rest for at least 10 minutes to get the taste.
