Take a bowl add chicken, tandoori masala, ginger powder and garlic powder

Lemon juice,soy sauce

Mix well and marinate for overnight or 1 hour. (Agar aapko jaldi banani Hy Tu 1 hour ky liya marinate Kar ky Bana lein. Chicken boht jaldi ban jata Hy.)

Soak the skewers in water for about 10 minutes. Then take chicken pieces one by one and put it in skewers.

Now skewers 4 to 5 of these chicken boti into each skewers.

Heat the piece of coal on the stove. Place the coal on a foil paper and place it inside the plate and drizzle some oil and cover with lid. Give dum for 10 minutes.

Take a tawa add oil. Fry skewers one side for 4 minutes and flip the skewers in medium flame. Fry skewers 🍢 until you get grill mark on the chicken and all side cooked.
