  • 2 slicesSwiss cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut eggplant in half, brush with olive oil, add salt and pepper, bake in 220C for 20min

  2. 2

    Add pasto sauce and cheese. Season with paprika, Gill for 3 mins
