French onion soup

Ingredients

  1. 2sliced onion
  2. 2 cupsBeef stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt butter with olive oil. Add onion.

  2. 2

    Add half cup of white wine and cover for 5 mins. Stir fry until caramelised. Add a capful of sherry

  3. 3

    Add beef stock. Serve with toast with melted cheese
