Ingredients

2~3 servings
  1. 1 canCanned mackerel (miso flavor)
  2. 1can(100 or 200g)Canned corn
  3. 1/2 canCanned chopped tomato
  4. about 150 ml water
  5. about 3cm ginger paste(optional)
  6. about 3cm garlic paste(optional)
  7. 2 piecescurry sauce mix

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put chopped tomato and corn and mackerel in the pot, and heat. Loosen a mackerel into four pieces. When it comes to a boil, put ginger and garlic in the pot.

    When it smells like ginger and garlic, put water and curry sauce mix, and stew it.
