1Boiled rice
as required Carrot in small pieces
as required Spring onion
as required Capsicum
as required Green Chilli
as required Ginger garlic paste
as required Soya sauce
as per needChings Schezwan Fried rice Masala

Pour 1.5 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste.

Then add carrot, capsicum, spring onion and green chilli and stir fry for 1-2 mins.

Add boiled rice, Soya sauce and Chings Schezwan Fried rice Masala and stir fry for a minute.

Fry until rice turns hot and add spring onion for garnishing.

Serve fried rice hot.
