Steps

Add a cupful or so of water to a large saucepan, and simmer the onion and garlic for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree, mustard, coriander and spices and stir in. Finally, add the sausages, tomatoes, kidney beans and sweetcorn.

Cook everything together for 30-40 minutes, stirring now and then. Serve with rice,
