To make sugar syrup …. 1 cup of water plus one cup of water bring to a boiling point …add fresh ginger and mint leaf allow to cool down in the fridge (don’t make it blocked)

In a cup of your choice add 1/8 cup of sugar syrup + 1/8 cup of lemon juice mix with a small spoon until properly combined

Add enough crushed ice

Add soda water preferably sprite

Add a little drop of food coloring of your choice at the top

Use a skewers…press with a little effort and make it round the cup just like 2cm’s down

Garnish with cucumber 🥒 add straw if necessary
