Ingredients

  • Gramflour(unga wa ndengu)
  • Cumin
  • Tumeric
  • Salt
  • Ginger and garlic
  • Dania
  • Cooking oil
  • Pepper(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes. Clean them and dice them in thin circular shapes. Set a side

    In a separate bowl, add in the gram flour, and other spices and then add water. Be sure to grate ginger and garlic. Make a thick paste. You can put as much spices as u like.

    In a sufuria put oil and heat until hot.

  4. 4

    Now its time to add the potatoes in the paste in bits and add in the hot oil to fry.

    Repeat above process until you are done with all potatoes. Place them and let them cool. They are ready to serve. Enjoy.
