First take jawar roti, atta steamed your, water and, mix your atta little bit of salt and mix your urad dal(two teaspoon) also add til oil(one teaspoon make a dough with the help of hit water in your kitchen slab make a perfect soft dough. cover it with a cotton( doti) cloth rest them for some, time.

Take potal, potato,onion, tomato cut in to piece keep away. then cut
your ginger, garlic, and grind it with the, stone. you wish.. - 4

Step 3 is pour one and half, cup, of water pour your cut vegetables add haldi, jeera, and garlic powder, salt and cook for sometime. when cooked keep it, away. and important do not throw the water.

Next step is pour some refined oil and ghee add jeera, green chilli, garlic, ginger(smashed) let them cook for sometime, add your cut onion, add boiled vegetables with water add tomato also cook, for sometime add garam masala add if required additional salt then everything, blend nice aroma will reach to your nose decorate with cut dhania leaves. and transfer in to vessel.

Next step is preparation of your jowar roti. Take your prepared dough place your atta flour in the ground of kitchen slab, take a big ball size and, make with your hand expand, with your finger tips.. heat your iron tawa for 5 min.then prepared your jowar, roti place, it, ina, iron tawa both side cook nicely. and add some ghee after cooking the roti. enjoy with your potal subji. You, love to eat with this combination....
