For gatta, mix all the ingredients of gatta and make a dough.

Now make cylinders of equal size. (Around 1 inch)

Boil water in a pan and add besan cylinders in that and let it boil.

Once it done, it started floating.

Take it out and let it cool.

Than cut it into small gatta.

In a jar, grind onion and tomato and green chilli.

Now take a kadhai, add oil in it and than add jeera and heeng and than add onion tomato paste and let it cook.

Than add ginger garlic paste and let it cook till it's aroma goes away.

Than add all the spices and mix well.

Let it cook till oil separates. Than add gatta in it and mix well.

After a minute add glass of water and let it boil than slow the gas and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add Kasuri methi and garam masala and green coriander leaves.
