3boiled potatoes
2 cupwheat flour
as required water
as per taste salt
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
1 teaspoonchat masala
1/4 teaspoongaram masala
as per taste black pepper slightly
as required ginger and garlic paste

For the dough mix the flour salt and water knead a stirr dough....

For the filling,mix and mash all the ingredients along with potatoes.....

Take a portion of dough and roll it out.. now stuff it and roll....

Cook it on a hot iron plate with clearified butter or oil....

Sir hot with pickle
