On a medium heat, place a deep pot

Add in your butter, once melted add in water, salt and sugar.

Stir and allow to come to a boil.

Turn off the heat and allow to cool but not completely.

Once the mixture has come to boil, add in your flour and stir until everything is well incorporated and smooth.

Mix well and then pour into your piping bag.

Add in enough oil for frying and allow to heat enough to fry chips.

You can also do without nozzles.

Pipe the mixture to the length of your choice and cut with scissors.

Fry in batches don't overcrowd.

Do this till everything is exhausted.

Once the mixture is cool/warm whisk and add in your egg

In batches,coat your already fried churios and set aside or plate

On a medium heat, place your deep frying pan,

Cut the tip of your pipping bag,and put the baking nozzles

In a bowl mix 1tbspn of sugar and 1/2tbspn of cinnamon powder.
