100 gmkachha mango
100 gmachar masala or according your test
50 mloil

Take garlic and peel it.

Crush it in cutter and roast it for 15 mnt with oil. Allow to cool it.

Greate the mango and mix it with garlic and add achar masala in it. Just mix it well your garlic pickle is ready.
