Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupRoasted vermicelli
  2. 3 cupsWater
  3. 1 teaspoonOil
  4. 1/3 CupSweet corn kernels
  5. 1/2 CupShredded cabbage
  6. 1/2 CupShredded Carrot
  7. 1/2Capsicum (Chopped)
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to TastePepper
  10. To TasteItalian Seasoniong

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a saucepan, boil water, add in the vermicelli, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain, wash with cold water and drain again.

    To a heated wok, add oil, sweet corn, cabbage, carrot and cabbage, saute for few minutes.

    Add in the vermicelli, salt, pepper and italian seasoning mix and cook until heated through.
