Steps

In a saucepan, boil water, add in the vermicelli, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain, wash with cold water and drain again.

To a heated wok, add oil, sweet corn, cabbage, carrot and cabbage, saute for few minutes.

Add in the vermicelli, salt, pepper and italian seasoning mix and cook until heated through.

Serve hot with your choice of beverage.
