We usually make masala papad but today I have made a sandwich with it. I made a very tasty papad sandwich with all the vegetables and spices.

We usually make masala papad but today I have made a sandwich with it. I made a very tasty papad sandwich with all the vegetables and spices.

The first is to take a papad of Udad. It has to be doubled and then divided into four parts.

Now heat one piece at a time in a nonstick pan on gas at low flame. Take a cloth and make a piece of it, lightly press it on the papad and roast the papad from all sides.

Bake two pieces of papad, take it in a plate and apply butter on it. One side is to spread the grated carrots on the buttered side.

Cabbage grated on carrots, grated onion on cabbage, chopped coriander on onion are to be spread.

We will spread finely chopped mint on the coriander. Now you have to put cheese on it. It is to be sprinkled with black salt and chaat masala.

Now take another piece of papad and press it lightly on the piece of cheese so that its buttered part is facing upwards. Cheese is also to be applied on it again.

Add a pinch of chili flakes to the cheese and a pinch of green herb to it. So the sandwich masala papad is ready here.

A salad of cucumber, tomato, carrot etc. can be made, decorated and sandwich masala papad can be served with it.
