Button mushrooms & leek in gravy

Wash mushrooms and leek. And then chop the mushrooms in half. And chop leek & Fry in oil of your choice.

When they start to cook add gravy granules then water keep stirrng and turn heat down when it gets thicker.

Add soy sauce a sprinkle
Stir and done. Have thin or thick gravy however you like it.
