Apple beetroot salad with orange vinaigrette😋😋😋
This healthier and more balanced summer recipe with an Asian touch of adding hazelnuts or sesame seeds.#seasonal.
Cooking Instructions

Wash the apple and cut them into small pieces and sprinkle them with a little lemon juice and set them aside.

Wash the beets and peel them and cut them into small pieces and put them in a saucepan with water and salt to cook them like a potato.

After cooking the beets, drain them. And let them cool.
In the dish put the lettuce leaves around the dish and in the center put the beets and the apple.

For the orange vinaigrettes: juice of an orange and juice of a lemon and se and pepper and honey and orange zest, mix well and set aside.

Drizzle the salad with orange vinaigrettes and add some toasted hazelnuts and mint leaves.

Serve very cold.
