Steps

First take Baby potatoes and boil it for 5 minutes
After boiling peel off the skin of potatoes - 2
Take Tomatoes 🍅 and onion cut it roughly and 3chillies and ginger

Take kadai and add 4 tbsp of oil heat the oil then add the potatoes into oil fry them till it's turns golden brown

After potatoes in same kadai with leftover oil add roughly chopped tomatoes and onion with chilli and ginger

When this tomatoes trun soggy and become soft turn off the flame and leave it for 10 minute it cool just transfer into grinder and grind it and make pury.

Now heat the kadai
Add 2 tbsp oil add crushed 1lung,black pepper and cardmom and bayleaf
Little fry add cumin seeds into the oil - 7
Next add pury into this.
Then take one bowl take all spices red chilli,
Coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper powder and add water and make a paste - 8
Than add this paste into kadai now stir it and flame will be low medium.
Keep makeing it for 7 minute.after this add potatoes remaining chillies add water 💦 salt into this and boil it for 10 minutes on low medium flame. Now add little chopped coriander and stir it.
Cook it till you like the gravy thin or thick.
