Wash, peel and cut carrots in small pieces

Wash tomatoes and cut in pieces

Cook carrots and tomatoes in pressure cooker till becomes soft by adding 2cups of water

After cooling, blend in mixer, make paste

Strain it

Adjust the consistency by adding water

Boil again for 3-4min

Switch off flame

Add salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder
