Mango pickle
Steps

Wash and dry mango,cut in pieces, add salt, turmeric powder,sugar mix and kepp for two days,leaves water.

Heat oil till smoke cool it,then add add methi seeds, some rai dal,half of hing and chilli powder,in a abowl take remaining Rai Dall,hing, chilli powder mix it add the prepared oil to mango pieces mix it well.

Keep one more day then store in a bottle, it's ready.
