First, before making batter for dhokla make sure that the steamer is ready to steam dhokla.
On the other side take a bowl and add a sieve of gram flour, salt, sugar, and water. Mix everything well and make the batter. Grease oil into the dhokla plate. Add eno and mix it in one direction. Immediately transfer to a greased plate. Keep the plate inside the steamer. Steam for 15-20 minutes on high flame. - 2
On the other side make tadka for dhokla. Take a kadhai heat of 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chili. Add 1 glass of water to the kadhai. Add salt and sugar. Let comes to a boil. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

Check if dhokla is cooked properly. Switch off the flame and let it cool down. Cut into square pieces. Pour prepared water on dhokla. Garnish with coriander leaves. Dhokla is ready now. Take it out on a plate. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup and enjoy......🥰🥰
