Homemade strawberry jam 🍓

I found very cheap and fresh strawberries in a fruit and vegetable shop in Bedminster, so I bought 4 packs and used half of them to make this jam!

With homemade jam, you won’t intake any preservatives or food additives. Although it has lots of sugar in it, this is a much healthier choice if you want to enjoy jam.

Tips

How to sterilise the jar before putting your jam, pickle or any preserved food🫙🫙🫙

Boil your empty jar before putting food in it to prevent germs to grow. (As I forgot to take any step photos, I’m putting a photo of my homemade strawberry jam😅)
