Badam milkshake

To make badam milkshake, place a heavy based pan on flame and add 1 litre of milk to it.

Now boil milk on medium flame until it is reduced to 80 %.

While milk is boiling, keep the 1/4 cup of milk aside from boiling milk.

Now take 16 soaked almonds (soaked almonds into water overnight and remove the skin).

Now, take 2 tbsp of boiling milk and it into almonds.

Now, take a grinding jar, add almonds, and make a coarse paste.

After the milk starts to boil, turn the flame on a low medium, keep stirring continuously, and scrape the side milk and milk it into milk.

Now add one pinch of saffron stands, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and mix well.

Now,take 1/4 cup of milk we have remained before and add 1.5 tsp custard powder to it and mix well.

Now, slowly add custard powder, mix into boiling milk and mix well.

Now add 4 tbsp sugar and melts the sugar well.

After sugar melts well, add the almonds paste to it, mix well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add some chopped dry fruits you can add any dry fruit and mix well.

After it's starts coating on the spatula then turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl and let it cool.

After it turns to room temperature, keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hr and cool completely.

Now your market - style badam milkshake is ready, and you can serve with chopped dry fruit and enjoy it.
