Ingredients

50 minutes
5 servings
  1. 2 cupswashed beans
  2. Red Bell peppers 🫑
  3. Onion 🧅
  4. 1/2tspn Salt 🧂
  5. Ajino moto (optional)
  6. cayenne pepper 🌶
  7. For the pap
  8. 1 tbsp Fried groundnut powder 🥜
  9. 3tbs Akamu
  10. Sugar 🍚

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add all veggies with beans and grind till smooth

  2. 2

    Beat the batter with a spatula for 15 mins or use hand mixer

  3. 3

    Add seasonings

  4. 4

    Stoop to medium heat oil fry till desired texture is achieved

  5. 5

    For the pap

  6. 6

    Scoop out groundnut powder and boil for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Sieve and add pap paste

  8. 8

    Stir until thick

  9. 9

    Add sugar and you are done

  10. 10

    Enjoy 😉
