Take curd beat it and add water in it make a buttermilk now add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder and add 3 tbs gram flour mix in the buttermilk

Now heat a pan add gramflour mixture and boil itfor 5 minute it is going to thick then add little more water to cook completely

Ready gramflour gravy as thick you want. In another side in a pan add oil and splutter cumin and fengreek seeds add lady finger and saute well till crunchy

Now add in gramflour gravy now add oil in a pan 2 tsp add dry red chilli and4 curry patta chopped add and saute off the gas and add little red chilli powder to give anice colour to lady finger kadhi

Pour in ready ladyfinger kadhi Serve with rice and Parantha and enjoy and relish the yummy lady finger curry.garnish with coriander leaves.
