Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 CAP flour
  • 1 tbaking soda
  • 3/4 tcream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsalt
  • 1 Cbutter
  • 1 Cgranulated sugar
  • 1/2 Clight brown sugar
  • 1egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 tvanilla
  • Rolled sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tsugar
  • 2 1/2 tcinnamum

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt

  2. 2

    Cream butter and sugars. Add in egg + egg yolk and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Gradually add in flour mix.

  4. 4

    Scoop ~2 T dough into sugar mix

  5. 5

    Bake 350°F for 9-10 minutes
