Steps
- 1
To make the bread discs, use a large round cutter or a bowl to cut the bread into circles. Then, cut rings from the same number of bread slices.
- 2
Place a bread ring on top of each bread disc to form a drum shape. This will hold the paneer tikka and cheese filling inside.
In a separate bowl, mix tomato ketchup and mayonnaise to make a tasty sauce.
- 3
Cut the paneer into small cubes. Also cut the bell pepper, onion, and tomato into small cubes. Prepare the ginger paste.
- 4
To marinate the paneer tikka:
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, cream, mustard oil, Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, ground cumin, chaat masala, dried fenugreek leaves, black salt, and roasted chickpea flour to make a thick batter. Add the paneer, bell pepper, onion, and tomato to the batter and let it marinate for 15 minutes. - 5
After 15 minutes, grease a pan with butter and heat it on the stove. Add the marinated paneer tikka mixture and cook. After about 5 minutes, turn off the heat.
- 6
Spread the mayonnaise and ketchup sauce on the bread discs, then place the bread rings on top as shown. Fill the center with the paneer tikka mixture.
- 7
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Meanwhile, spread a layer of salt in a deep pan and preheat it for 10 minutes.
- 8
Bake the Cheesy Paneer Tikka Discs.
- 9
- 10
Hot Cheesy Paneer Tikka Discs are ready.
Note:
You can adjust the quantity of any ingredient to suit your taste. - 11
