I am really a fish person, but this meat kofta made me think twice,it's so easy to make with little ingredients at home and also suitable for everyone
Steps
- 1
In a clean bowl put in your minced meat and wash with vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar for more flavour)
- 2
Drain and add your seasoning, onions and chilli and knead till all the Ingredients are incorporated.
- 3
Add in your remaining ingredients and knead while add the flour to coat the meat bit by bit to stop it from sticking to your hands.
- 4
Cut a potion of the coated meat and mould to a kebab stick, heat up some oil on fire and fry your meat, till it gives a golden rich color and it's ready to be dished out.
- 5
It can be served with rice, tortilla, bread and lots more..
