Presenting a simple yet yum yum Okra fry which is flavoured with Mustard.
A quick fix dish to relish with roti / paratha.
Steps

Chop 1” Okra, slit green chilli.

Make a medium slurry of mustard powder + salt + turmeric + 1 tsp mustard oil + water and keep aside for 10 - 15 minutes.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add onion seeds and allow to crackle, then add chopped Okra + green chilli and stir fry under medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes till okra turn soft.

Add mustard slurry, mix well and further cook for 2-3 minutes.

Dish is ready.

Serve with roti / paratha / plain rice.
