Ingredients

45minutes
4 servings
  • 1 kgTomato
  • 50 gramsscotch bonnet peppers
  • 1medium onion
  • 1big smoked titus fish
  • 3 handfulshredded curry leaves
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • 2cooking spoons melted Butter
  • 1medium Green bell pepper
  • 1small onions

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Blend the pepper, green bell pepper, onions and tomatoes and pour in a pot to boil down

  2. 2

    Debone the smoked fish and and shred the fish

  3. 3

    When the tomato mix has almost dried up, add some pasta water from the pasta you are boiling to eat the sauce with (this gives it a creamy texture and adds flavour)

  4. 4

    Then add seasoning and butter

  5. 5

    Pour in the fish and let it cook for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Shred the leaves and add then stir and let it cook for a minute and turn off heat

  7. 7

    Enjoy 🥰
