4 tbspChana Sattu flour
1 cupyoghurt
1green chilli
1 inchginger
as per taste Salt
2 tbspcoriander leaves
2 tbspmint leaves
3 cupwater
as requiredIce cubes
1lemon

In a blender add Sattu, Yoghurt, salt, coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves, ginger, chilli blend it well. Then add lemon juice and water mix it well.

To a serving glass add ice cubes a plenty, pour the Buttermilk.

Serve it cool.
