  • Meat/fish
  • Crafish
  • Palm oil
  • Vegetable
  • Seasoning
  • fresh pepper
  • Salt

Steps

    Wash meat/ fish

  2. 2

    Season it and put on the heat.

  3. 3

    Add palm oil and the rest of the ingredients except okro and vegetable.

  4. 4

    Cook for 15-20mins

  5. 5

    Allow it to cook for 5min turn off the heat and serve.

  6. 6

    Add okro and vegetable
