An innovative touch by me to the much loved Vegetable called the Flat Beans or the Sem Ki Phalli incorporating it with yet another much loved one which is the evergreen Chicken or the White Meat. It's the healthy one compared to the Red meat and combining it with the freshly available Seasonal Vegetables is definitely a way lot more healthier of course.
And that's what I thought of doing for my World- I.e My Family. My kids loved it so much that they keep asking for more. Infact they want it everyday.
It's absolutely tempting and appealing. Makes for a delightful Lunch or Dinner on the weekends or even on the weekdays if you're a Chicken lover.
Simple pantry staples go into making this one. It will be an excellent choice guys. So let's get started.

Steps
- 1
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add Ginger garlic and sliced Onions. Saute for a minute or two on low to medium-high heat. Add Chicken along with the rest of the spices. Saute it on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then simmer for about 10-12 minutes or so.
- 2
Now add finely chopped Tomatoes. Cover and simmer on low heat for the next 8 minutes. Do not add water. Keep stirring a bit in between to ensure proper cooking. As soon as they get softer and done, add the Flat Beans or Sem Ki Phali. Adjust salt according to taste at this stage and simmer until done for the next 10-12 minutes. Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with Naans, Phulkas, and Chapatis. It goes well with Rice too.

Serve it piping hot to your loved ones as well as your friends, guests, or even relatives. It's an easy option to make on any day. Enjoy! Yum!
