Gram Flour Pancakes

First, measure 1 cup of gram flour (besan) and pour it into a mixing bowl.

Add in chopped onion and green chilies.

Add salt and red chili powder.
Add water to the batter. - 4
Mix it well.

Take a pan put some oil

Put the batter into the pan.

Then continue cooking until you see golden spots on the besan chilla. Cook your besan chilla evenly and well. You can flip the chilla once or twice for even cooking.

Besan Chilla are best served hot and crisp as soon as they are made. Serve with) green chutney
