Peel off the potatoes and cut, washed with water.sprinkle in little amount of salt

Fry on a hot oil.

For the saute grate all the ingredients and onion,

In a sauce pan, heat some peanut or vegetable oil slice some onion

Add the grated ingredients stir for 2 minutes

Add all the seasoning and salt

Mix and add some onion after like 3 to 4 mins

Bring it down and serve with your fried sweet potato😋😋
