Rice and beans with groundnut oil and Salad

Put pot on fire and add water to boil

Then wash the beans,add into the pot allow to cook for 20mins,then wash and add your rice, then perboiled for 20mins.

Remove the pot from fire then wash the perboiled rice and beans then strain,and pour it back to the pot,add little salt and allow it to cook completely.Then remove from fire.

For the salad
Wash the vegetables with salt then cuts it and keep aside. - 5
In a bowl add your vegetables,fried fish and boiled eggs you can add little oil,maggi and yaji and mixed throughly.

Pour the groundnut oil in a pan and add slice onion,heat the oil until the onion turn golden brown.

Your rice and beans is ready to serve,enjoy.
