Peel the sliced yam and wash it, place into small pot add salt cook for about 20 to 25 minutes till soft

Cut the boiled yam slices into smaller pieces with folk. Place into blender or traditional Turmi blend it till smooth

Chop the scotch bonnet and onions.

Grease a small pan with little oil and heat on medium.

Add the chopped veggies, stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add garlic, maggi, onga, curry tyme salt and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Mix it with the mashed yam till well combined (you can use your hand to mix if you want)

Repeat the process till all the mashed yam used up.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.

Place the yam ball into the bowl with whisked egg.

Fry in some hot oil tlll golden brown

Mould the mashed yam into a ball.
