Ingredients

Meat sauce
3 poundsground chuck
1large aubergine diced up
32 ouncejar Mids Italian sausage Pasta sauce
Pasta
3large aubergine
To taste salt and pepper
Cheeses
1 poundwhole milk mozzarella cheese shredded
15 ouncesricotta cheese
4 cupssharp cheddar cheese shredded
Equipment
1large springform pan
Oil
As neededvegetable oil to coat the pan

Steps

Get all the ingredients together preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.

Brown the meat and mix the sauce.

Oil the pan. Peel and slice the aubergine thin. Line the pan with the aubergine. Add some of the meat sauce.

Spread it out. Add the ricotta cheese. Dice the aubergine.

Add on top of the ricotta cheese. Add the cheddar cheese and rest of the meat sauce. Top off with the mozzarella cheese. Put in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Let rest 15 minutes before releasing the springform pan. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
