Ingredients

2Trouts
3 stalksLemongrass, smashed and cut into half
30 g Fresh Turmeric, smashed
Sweet sauce;
1/3 cup Water
120 g Palm sugar
2 tbsps brown sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 red onion, minced
10 garlic cloves
30 g Ginger, sliced
3 tbsps Soy sauce
1 tbsp Kikkoman, Ponzu
1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
20 g Tamarind

Steps

1

Put all ingredients in the saucepan, over medium heat boil until the sugar dissolve. Then place lemongrass, turmeric and the trouts. Cover & simmer until cooked. Ready to serve.
