For Vada - In a bowl add Thick Poha, wash 2-3 times, drain and coarsely crush, and set aside

In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and Chana Dal, let it splutter, add Fennel seeds and Urad Dal and curry leaves, stir and add to Poha, mix

Add chopped onion, chopped ginger, coriander leaves chopped, green chili slit, salt, and yogurt mix and make Patty, set aside.

In a deep bottomed wok heat 1 Tbsp oil and add the Vada, pan fry on a medium flame for 2-3 mins each side, and set aside. Complete the batches.

For Raw Mango Chutney - in a blender add raw mango without skin, add coriander leaves, add chopped onion, add green chili, add ginger, and oil, and blend smooth. Add yogurt and Raw Mango Chutney is ready.

Plate and enjoy.
