Mix curd, suji, desiccated coconut, and salt. Add water to make a thick batter. Leave it for 5 min.

In the meantime, take a big pan or steamer, pour 2 cups of water, and boil. Grease idli moulds with oil. Add Eno fruit salt and mix. (Just before steaming the idlis)Place a piece of coconut, fill idli moulds with this batter and steam it for 8 min. Let it cool slightly.

Demould all the idlis. Serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
