Ingredients

  1. 1 kgkaleji
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 2 mediumonion
  4. garlic
  5. green chillies
  6. 1 tspginger garlic powder
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 5-6tomatoes
  9. 1 tsp turmeric
  10. 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp paprika
  13. 1 tsp oregano
  14. salt to taste

    Sb sy phly kaleji ki white jheli remove krni hai aur isko small piece main cut krna hai

    In pieces main 1 cup milk add krein gy aur 5 mins ky liye kaleji ko milk main bhego dein gy.

    Half cup oil main 2 medium size nicely chopped onion garlic aur green chillies add krni hai

    1tsp ginger powder add krna hai
    1tsp cumin add krna hai mix krna hai
    jab colour ajaye 5 to 6 tomatoes cut kar ky add krny hain 1 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp chilli flakes,1 tsp red chilli powder add 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp oregano
    mix krky add krna hai

    Jab saray masala ban jaye salt add krna hai.

    Kaleji ko doodh sy niklny ky baad achi trha dhona hai kaleji mein smell nhe ho ge

    Ab masalay ko kaleji main add kar ky bhoon lein

    10 mins kaleji ka lid band kar dena hai. kaleji ka pani bhi dry ho gaye ga aur kaleji bht soft bny ge.
