Preheat oven. Thoroughly cream butter and sugar

Add egg, milk, vanilla and stir then add flour and baking powder

Mix until a smooth dough is obtained.

Place dough into cookie press and press, cookies onto greased baking pan.

If you don't have a cookie press you can mould the dough into small round balls and place in the baking pan and press with a fork to make it flat

Then bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove cookie from sheet and cool. ENJOY
