  • 4 cupsflour
  • 2/3 cupswater
  • 2/3 cupmilk
  • 1 tbsyeast
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 3 tbsoil

    Mix everything together and knead a bit

  2. 2

    Then cover and allow it to rise.

  3. 3

    Divide it, then roll and flatten it.

  4. 4

    Brush some oil or butter in a pan and cook the bread for 3 minutes on each side.

  5. 5

    Served with any soup of your choice
