Ingredients

40 mins
8-10 servings
  • 15Green chillies
  • 1 tbspcrushed yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • As per tastesalt
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Cut the chilies into long strips. remove seeds & add them to a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add 1/2tsp salt & haldi to it. Mix well & keep it for 30mins.

  3. 3

    After 30mins add yellow mustard, lime juice, salt & oil to it. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Transfer it to a clean glass jar.

  5. 5

    Let it marinate for 4-6hrs.

  6. 6

    Use it with thepla & enjoy.
